Sheri Kamikow, Broker Associate
Sheri has lived in the Chicagoland area for her whole life and recently purchased a home in one of Chicago's up and coming neigborhoods. She has a Bachelor's Degree from DePaul. She has spent the last 20 years in sales and has received numerous awards for sales and service excellence. Sheri's success has come from listening to her clients' needs and gaining their trust and respect. Sheri has continued her success by applying it to what she loves most, to solve problems and give expert counsel to people in buying and selling real estate. She has success in selling single family homes, condominium, new construction, rehabbed properties and investment properties. Her expertise in developing marketing plans has ensured her clients that their home is sold in the shortest amount of time for the greatest value. Her clients feel she is very adept at helping them find the right home and negociate the best deal. She always puts her clients needs first.
David Goodman, Sales Associate
David grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from Drake University with a degree in Business and Economics. He has spent the last 30 years in sales helping his family business grow to the number one in the Chicago area. He moved to Chicago in 1964 and later raised a family in Northbrook, Illinois. Today he is living in the City where he has lived for the past 12 years. He obtained his Real Estate license 4 years ago to join his wife, Sheri, in her business. He really enjoys working with people and loves helping Sheri's clients.
Shannon Boyle, Sales Associate
Growing up in the near northern suburb of Morton Grove, She attended Maine East High School in Park Ridge where she grasped the opportunity to play Bassoon in a state concert band that toured 7 European countries. Afterwards, she went directly onto Grinnell College where she majored in history and studied abroad in India. During her college years, she also traveled independently around South Africa and Lesotho. Even after traveling around the world throughout high school and college, she knew that Chicago would always be her home. After graduation, she moved back to Chicago and worked for a downtown executive search firm. Although socially immersed in Chicago’s urban lifestyle, she wanted to convert her passion for Chicago into a career which brought her to real estate.
Administrative Assistant
Our assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the team. They are the second contact to all clients. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading letters, documents, and correspondences, maintaining the calendar, screening telephone calls and relaying incoming messages, generating spreadsheet reports, coordinating showing appointments, travel and meeting arrangements. Handleing sensitive information, such as contracts, earnest money checks and W-9 forms. The liaison between all the parties involved in a transaction and Sheri's clients. In sum, promotes a smooth workflow and ensures that the team's and client's demands are met.
